  • 3 tsp. honey
  • This trout recipe starts with salt and pepper all over the trout.   • This is one of my favorites trout recipes . First wash the rice until the water runs clean, then add clean water to cook the rice. Remove the rice and cool it down. Cut the nori algae sheet in two half’s. Then place the sushi rice on the nori algae, and spread the Philadelphia cheese over the rice. Cut cucumber into quarter and then into strips about 10 cm long, placing them all over the cheese. Cut the trout fillet in two and incorporate one slice two the preparation. Finally roll over the algae till you get the pipe. Before enjoying this wonderful trout recipe dip the Temaki in soy sauce and wasabi.
